Seller and contracting party

The seller is OakCrest Creative Co, doing business as QuotaJobs, registered in Georgia, United States, with its registered office at 710 Oakcrest Dr, Rockmart, GA 30153. These terms are an agreement between you and OakCrest Creative Co d/b/a QuotaJobs ("we", "us"), the seller and provider of the QuotaJobs career platform at quotajobs.com. You are contracting with OakCrest Creative Co d/b/a QuotaJobs for access to this service; Paddle's separate role as Merchant of Record for orders is described below. Contact the seller at support@quotajobs.com. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using QuotaJobs on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age to enter this agreement.

1. The service

QuotaJobs is a subscription web application that helps you manage a job search: uploading and storing resumes, generating AI role matches and tailored resume versions, tracking applications, and viewing search analytics. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the service unlawfully, or for fraud, spam or misrepresentation;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the service, including malware, probing, penetration testing without consent, scraping or automated bulk access;
• reverse engineer, resell, redistribute or circumvent technical limits of the service;
• submit content you do not have the rights to, or generate content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, deceptive (including impersonation or fabricated credentials), or otherwise prohibited by law.

4. AI features

QuotaJobs uses generative AI to produce match scores, summaries and tailored resume content. You are responsible for your prompts, for the accuracy of the information you supply, for holding the rights to any content you upload, and for reviewing and verifying any output before you use it — including before you send a resume or application to an employer. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not legal, financial or professional advice. We may filter, refuse, remove or restrict content and outputs, and may suspend accounts that breach this section. If you believe content on the service infringes your rights, email support@quotajobs.com with details and we will investigate and remove infringing material; repeat infringers lose access. Generated role suggestions and company names are hypothetical career examples, not verified job vacancies. Match scores are estimates, not hiring guarantees.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the resumes, documents and other content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, store and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

6. Our intellectual property

We retain all rights in the QuotaJobs service, its software, documentation, design and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you.

7. Payment and subscription terms

QuotaJobs is sold on a subscription basis: a 7-day free trial, then $19.99 per month until cancelled. A payment method is required to start the trial, and you can cancel at any time from Settings. The trial is available once per account. Returning subscriptions are billed immediately at $19.99 USD per month. Cancellation stops future billing and keeps access through the current paid period.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, together with our Refund Policy.

8. Service level

We work to keep QuotaJobs available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Maintenance, third-party outages and AI provider limits may affect availability.

9. Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers or any employment outcome.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data or loss of goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. After trial or paid access expires, only account settings, billing and Help remain available; career tools and saved records are locked. Request account deletion through Help. Approved full refunds end paid access.

13. General

You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, and the state and federal courts located in Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
