Refund Policy

QuotaJobs offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first paid subscription charge. This guarantee applies once, to that first charge only, not to renewals or later subscriptions. Statutory refund rights are unaffected.

Free trial

Each account is eligible for one 7-day free trial after providing a payment method. Returning subscribers do not receive another trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel at any time before it ends from Settings — in that case nothing is billed.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or email us at support@quotajobs.com and we will help arrange it.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer usually posts the funds within 5–10 business days. Refunding a subscription also ends access to paid features.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Plan & billing. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again.
