Seller and data controller

The seller is OakCrest Creative Co, doing business as QuotaJobs, registered in Georgia, United States, with its registered office at 710 Oakcrest Dr, Rockmart, GA 30153. QuotaJobs ("we", "us") operates the QuotaJobs online job-search and career management service at quotajobs.com and is the data controller responsible for the personal data described in this notice. 1. Data we collect and why

• Account data (name, email address, login credentials) — to create and secure your account. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Career data (resumes, documents you upload, job titles, skills, applications you track, notes) — to generate role matches, tailor resumes and run your application tracker. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Support messages — to answer your questions. Legal basis: legitimate interests in supporting our customers.
• Usage and device data (pages viewed, feature usage, IP address, browser and device identifiers, log data) — to keep the service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the product. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Marketing preferences — to send product updates if you opt in. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Resume and job content you submit may be processed by our AI providers solely to produce the matches, summaries and tailored documents you request.

2. Who we share data with

• Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database, storage, AI processing, analytics and support tooling, acting on our instructions.
• Merchant of Record — Paddle.com, for the sale of our subscription, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Professional advisers — legal, accounting and audit advisers where needed.
• Authorities — where we are required to do so by law or to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as UK/EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

4. Retention

We retain your career records while your account exists. To close your account, request deletion through Help & Support. An administrator cancels billing and removes your account, career records and uploaded files. Only records required for tax, legal obligations, disputes or security auditing are retained as needed. There is no account-recovery period after deletion. Individual documents can be deleted while your plan is active; contact support for access or deletion requests after expiry.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, to receive a portable copy, and to withdraw consent. Email support@quotajobs.com and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK/EEA you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.

6. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, encryption at rest for stored documents, row-level access controls and least-privilege access for staff. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you of any breach affecting it as required by law.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure; these cannot be turned off without breaking the service. We may use limited analytics cookies to understand feature usage. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings.

8. Changes

We will update this notice when our practices change and revise the date above. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email.
